  • Ingredients:

For the marinade:

For the fajitas:

  • Preparation:
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the sliced meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated meat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onion until softened and slightly caramelized.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in the oven.
  6. To assemble the fajitas, place some sliced meat and sautéed vegetables in the center of each tortilla. Add toppings as desired and fold the tortilla over the filling.
  7. Serve the fajitas hot, with additional toppings on the side.
